I conceived and led the creation of this meditation app, designing all screens, structuring the user experience, curating the content, and coordinating volunteers who supported the project’s development.

 

The core vision was to create a mobile application that helps modern-day individuals navigate daily challenges by offering accessible meditation practices on their own terms—simple, intuitive, and completely free, with no ads or subscription barriers.

To become a trusted reference for qualified Buddhist meditation and a reliable, go-to support platform for meditation practice.

To reach as many people as possible worldwide, helping them access qualified methods to address inner challenges and transform negative states of mind.

To serve as a digital channel for Modern Buddhism, expanding its presence across online platforms so people can easily access authentic meditation methods.

 

The purpose breakdown:

  1. To reach individuals who are actively seeking meditation.
  2. To guide them toward a clear and authentic path that offers reliable solutions to human challenges.

The app is designed for the general public—anyone seeking personal growth and mental clarity. While especially welcoming to younger audiences, it is inclusive of all ages, abilities, genders, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, and identities.

 

In short: everyone with access to a smartphone.

Living Meditation is a mobile application created to help modern-day individuals cope with daily struggles by offering meditation practices on their own terms. The app aims to address the root causes of mental distress—such as ignorance, anxiety, stress, and related difficulties—through accessible and structured guidance.

User centred-focused

This screen presents the core meditation library organized into intuitive, visually distinct cards. Each card represents a curated meditation category—such as Kindness, Clarity, Relaxation, or Listening—clearly displaying the number of sessions available within it.

 

The card-based layout makes exploration simple and inviting, allowing users to quickly identify themes that resonate with their current needs. By combining soft illustrations, calming colors, and clear hierarchy, the design transforms a large collection of meditations into an approachable and easily navigable experience.

User journey plan

This visual summarizes the complete user journey within the app, mapping how individuals progress from initial discovery to becoming committed practitioners. It illustrates a structured path that begins with onboarding and preparation, moves into guided meditation practice, and gradually expands into deeper learning through podcasts, ebooks, and exploration features.

 

As users mature in their practice, the journey guides them toward real-world connection—such as finding a meditation center—and eventually supports long-term engagement through meditation tools. The diagram highlights how the app is intentionally designed to accompany users at every stage, transforming curiosity into consistent practice and sustained spiritual growth.

Objective: Inform and capture leads through valuable content about acne - to bring people into the funnel.

Audience: potential client who already knows about this line of cosmetics

Objective: To guide the customer regarding their pain point and present our products as a solution to their problem.

 

→ Bottom of funnel

Audience: a client

Objective: To use more commercial content, with CTAs in order to direct leads to our products and convert sales.
