Affirm within provides daily affirmations, journaling, reminders, audio narration, and related wellness content for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or disrupt the app or its content.

Affirm within is intended to support personal reflection and motivation. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. Available plans may include monthly and annual options with prices shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your app store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

Free trials or promotional offers, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Some features are available for free. Premium features require an active subscription.

We may change, add, or remove features over time. Feature availability may differ between free and Premium plans.

Affirm within, including its design, text, audio, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own use in accordance with these Terms.

Affirm within is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free version.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any active subscription through your app store account.

We may suspend or discontinue the app or any part of it if required by law, store policies, or operational needs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
