Daily Kind offers daily kindness ideas, journaling, progress tracking, optional reminders, supporter rewards, and links to third-party charities. The app is provided free of charge. Supporting Daily Kind through optional in-app purchases is voluntary and unlocks cosmetic supporter rewards only — no essential features are locked behind a paywall.

You agree to use Daily Kind lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for any journal content you enter and for your interactions with people or organizations outside the app. Daily Kind is a wellness and habit tool, not medical, mental health, or professional advice.

Optional supporter purchases are processed by Apple or Google as consumable tips. Prices, billing, and refunds are handled under those platforms' terms. Supporter rewards unlock on this device after your first purchase. They are not restored if you reinstall the app or switch devices — you can support again to unlock them.

Charity listings are provided for convenience. We do not process charitable donations inside Daily Kind. Any donation you make goes directly to the organization you choose, under that organization's own terms.

Daily Kind, including its design, content, and branding, is owned by Hercules Designs or its licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Daily Kind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hercules Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or third-party services linked from it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
