Goosr Rewrite provides tools to refine, clarify, and adjust written text using automated language processing.

The app may offer multiple refinement modes, optional settings, usage limits based on plan tier, history, saved items, and export features.

Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the app.

Where cloud features are enabled, the app may use anonymous sign-in so your session and history can be associated with a technical account identifier.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through the app on your device.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must not use the app to generate, refine, or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent usage limits or security controls.

You remain responsible for reviewing refined text before relying on it or sharing it.

Refined text is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.

Output is provided for assistance only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, publish, or share refined text.

The app may enforce daily refinement limits and feature access based on your selected plan.

Plan switching or credit reset options shown in the app may be provided for testing or promotional purposes until in-app purchases or subscriptions are fully connected.

When paid billing is introduced, additional purchase terms from the applicable app store will also apply.

The app, its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to text you submit, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the rewrite service.

You grant us permission to process submitted text solely to provide and improve the service as described in our privacy policy.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that refined output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim or, if none, fifty US dollars (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or discontinue access to the app if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the app owner, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
