MindShield provides educational content about persuasion and manipulation techniques. The app helps you notice patterns, ask better questions, and evaluate information more independently.

Educational lessons, categories, and quizzes are available without purchase. Premium unlocks additional features such as Shield Check AI analysis, analysis history, lesson bookmarks, and unlimited quiz mode.

MindShield is for general educational purposes only. It does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

Content in the app does not determine truth, assign blame, or tell you what to believe. You remain responsible for your own judgments and decisions.

Shield Check uses automated AI analysis to identify possible persuasion techniques in text you submit. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss relevant context.

Do not rely on Shield Check as the sole basis for important decisions. Always review original sources and evidence independently.

Premium is currently offered as a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refund requests must be submitted through the store where you purchased Premium.

Premium entitlements are tied to your store account and can be restored with Restore Purchases on a new device signed into the same store account.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or use Shield Check to process unlawful content or content you do not have rights to submit.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe the app is being abused.

MindShield, its branding, and bundled educational content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own learning.

MindShield is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of AI-generated output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindShield and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on app content or AI analysis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
