Switchroo is a reflection and perspective tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you explore thoughts from different viewpoints. Switchroo is not a medical device, therapist, counselor, or crisis service. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, do not rely on the App. Contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Switchroo. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

Switchroo Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. The price is shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Premium access is tied to your App Store or Google Play account. You can restore your purchase using the in-app restore option while signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google; their terms apply to billing, refunds, and payment disputes.

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its services
• •Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice or guaranteed truth
• •Submit content that violates the rights of others or applicable law
• •Circumvent purchase, access, or security controls

Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on App content. Always use your own judgment.

You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the App, including processing your submissions to generate responses and maintaining service functionality. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

The App, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by Hercules Designs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERCULES DESIGNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the App or by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
